Delivery Information

Large Item Deliveries

For oversized or pre assembled items, please ensure access is suitable before placing your order.

• Measure elevators, stairwells, corridors, and doorways in advance
• Confirm building access rules and delivery hours with your building management
• Failed or refused deliveries due to access restrictions may result in additional delivery charges
• Slate & Palm is not responsible for delays or costs caused by incorrect or insufficient access information

Express Delivery for Non Made to Order Items

Same day delivery within Dubai is available at a flat rate of AED 100.

• Available for in stock, ready made items only
• Orders must be placed and confirmed before 4:00 PM
• Availability is limited and subject to confirmation

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

If you choose to arrange a third party courier:

• This is done entirely at the customer’s own risk
• We can provide item dimensions and weight upon request
• All courier coordination, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility
• Once the item leaves our warehouse, Slate & Palm is not liable for loss, damage, or delays

Delivery Notifications

• Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on item availability
• You will receive a WhatsApp notification on the day of delivery
• Tracking links are not provided
• If you do not receive your item after a delivery confirmation message, please contact us immediately

General Delivery Notes

• Orders are typically delivered within the estimated timeframe shown on the product page
• Actual delivery dates may be affected by courier schedules, weather conditions, or other external factors
• Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM for delivery timelines to begin counting from the same day

Delivery includes doorstep delivery only. Placement inside the home, installation, or fixation is not included unless explicitly agreed in advance. Additional charges may apply where placement or installation services are requested and available.
