Shipping & Delivery

 Large Item Deliveries

For oversized or pre-assembled pieces:

  • Please ensure your building allows access before placing an order.

  • Measure elevators, stairwells, and doorways in advance.

  • Failed deliveries due to restricted access may incur additional delivery charges.

Express Delivery (Dubai Only)

  • We offer same-day delivery within Dubai at a flat rate of AED 100.

  • Eligible only for in-stock, ready-made items ordered before 4:00 PM.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. However:

  • You may arrange a third-party courier at your own risk.

  • We will provide item dimensions and weight if needed.

  • All coordination, customs clearance, and fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • Once the item leaves our warehouse, Slate & Palm is not liable for loss or damage.

Order Updates & Tracking

  • Some orders may arrive in multiple deliveries based on availability.

  • You’ll receive separate tracking links for each shipment.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item, or there’s a delay, contact us immediately.
