Each product page lists an estimated delivery window, and we aim to stick to it. But sometimes life (or couriers) happens. If your order’s taking longer than expected, check your tracking link — or email us at support@slateandpalm.com and we’ll check in with the couriers for you.

Heads-up: Some items arrive in separate deliveries. If your rug shows up first and your mirror is still MIA, don’t stress — it’s on the way.

Mistakes happen. If you catch it within 24 hours of ordering, we can usually update your details before it ships. Email or WhatsApp us ASAP at support@slateandpalm.com with your correct address and order number.

We get it — sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel, let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your piece may already be in production or booked for dispatch.

• We pack everything with care, but on the rare occasion something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
• Please email us on the same day of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage and the packaging
• Once we review, we’ll sort out a replacement.

We wish we could protect your pieces forever — but once an item’s in use, it’s out of our hands. Accidental damage after delivery isn’t covered by our replacement policy.

Most of our pieces are made to order, which means we don’t accept returns unless the item is faulty. Rugs (standard sizes only) can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery.
