Cash on Delivery

For made-to-order pieces, we require:

  • 50% advance payment

  • Remaining 50% in cash upon delivery

This helps us maintain production and delivery timelines efficiently.

Slate & Palm Gift Cards

We accept Slate & Palm digital gift cards at checkout.

How it works:

  • Enter your unique code in the “Gift card or discount code” field

  • If your order exceeds the gift card balance, pay the difference using any other method

  • Gift cards are issued digitally and never expire
